ARCHONBOOMERANG CHESS
It's chess, but capturing doesn't just happen. When you move onto an enemy's square, the two pieces fight it out with boomerangs in an arena built from that square's terrain. Damage carries over between fights. Capture the enemy King to win.
In the arena WASD move · Space throw · Shift dash. 🎮 Game controllers work (stick, A throw, B dash), and on a phone you get an on-screen thumbstick. Boomerangs come back, and they can hit on the way back too. You can't throw again until you catch it. Pieces: Pawn basic · Knight fast, dash rams · Bishop homing throw · Rook tank, huge boomerang · Queen two boomerangs · King strong all-rounder. Terrain: Meadow cover · Ice slippery · Swamp slow water · Desert spiky cacti · Volcano lava burns.
